RALEIGH, NC - The Business Leaders’ Club, Inc. (BLC), a group of top Triangle-area small business leaders, has announced the addition of new member Rod Frankel, president of Frankel Staffing Partners. Frankel and his wife Lee founded Frankel Staffing Partners in 1994 as a franchise of a national firm. They began operating as an independent organization in July 2006.
“As a Triangle resident for over 15 years, Rod has developed extensive relationships and built a strong reputation in the local business community,” says Bob Watral, chairman of the board for BLC. “He is a proven leader, and we are proud that he has joined our ranks.”
Frankel has a diverse business background. For many years, he worked as Senior Human Resources Executive and North American Director of Human Resources for Club Med, the international hospitality company. He is now actively involved in the Triangle community and currently serves as President of the Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America, which offers leadership training and Scout programs to over 30,000 youth members and adult volunteers. Rod has also served as president of his Rotary Club and on the Executive Committee of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as Vice President of Membership Services and as chair of the annual Business Expo.
The Business Leaders' Club is a not-for-profit independent network established in 2005. Members are chosen on an invitation-only basis. Each member contributes their wealth of industry knowledge, trends, business ideas and useful tips to help fellow members and other businesses.
