Raleigh, NC - The Business Leaders’ Club, Inc. (BLC), a group of top Triangle-area small business leaders, has announced the addition of new member David Park. Park is owner of Advantage Inspection, Revere Construction Management Services and Carriage Trade Homes.

“Speaking as someone who has known Dave Park for more than 17 years, I know that he will be a tremendous asset to our organization,” says Bob Watral, chairman of the board for BLC. “The fact that he owns three successful businesses is a testament to his leadership and management ability. We are excited to welcome him into BLC.“

Park has been in and around the construction business for the past 32 years, with the last 20 years in the Triangle. He graduated from the University of Florida’s School of Construction Management in 1982 and now holds a contractor’s license in both Florida and North Carolina. Along with managing three businesses, Park is an instructor at Advantage Inspections, teaching classes on home construction, home inspection, home warranty and risk management. He is also currently working on his new book, “Under the Crawl Space,” the latest in his “Dave the Inspector” series.
